Tiago is a born negotiator. He started his business ventures in Paris, France at the age of 16 and hasn't stopped since, continuously growing the volume of his business ventures.

Our co-founder studied Luxury Marketing in Paris as well as International Relations at Oxford University and incessantly works to expand his knowledge, culture and performance.

When he's not working, he loves traveling the world, playing the piano, driving cool cars and admiring stunning time pieces.

Beethoven once said that in music: "To play a wrong note is insignificant; to play without passion is inexcusable". Tiago believes that applies to everything in life.

Sandra has been in the real estate business for well over two decades and has made a million professional connections along the way.

Our kind-hearted co-founder never shies away from a challenge and is one of the most passionate people you'll ever meet.

Like Tiago, she is always looking for things to do, to improve, and to discover.

She always quotes Snoopy's line: "Up up and away!"

Francisco is the last of the three Toste musketeers.

He is a business and, perhaps more importantly, family oriented man and never backs away from a challenge.

Francisco has lived and worked in several countries, demonstrating strong multicultural skills and a thirst for efficiency and excellence.

He worked in managing positions in global brands in the fields of pharmaceuticals, banking, the heavy industry, life-sciences and consulting. 

He prioritizes the client’s needs, with an inner drive to impact and contribute meaningfully to close the gap between the idea and reality.

The most impactful thing he said through our lives was "Vamos, sem medo", which means: "Let's do it, don't be afraid".

Carlos was born a public relations expert.

His motto is: “If it costs you your peace, it’s too expensive”.

The pharmaceutical industry was his home for most of his career and is where he grew most of his vast network.

When he’s not working, he’s an avid family man and, like the rest of us, a huge football enthusiast.

He says we never truly live if we don’t dream, and we fully agree with him.

Mónica has always had a creative and entrepreneurial spirit.

She believes that life is made of service and experience exchanges between people.

Furthermore, she says that the basis of success, in all contexts, is anchored in the trust and dedication that we pour into what we do and love.

She says working with us was a dream and a life changer for us, and we are very proud to have her in our team.
