Brazilian Luxury Glamping - 600.000€

    This fazenda located in Guaiúba is perfect for a glamorous glamping (or other) and is located in Brazil. We introduce Zenda.

    This marvelous piece of land is located in Guaiúba, near Fortaleza, state of Ceará, Brazil. The two places represent a beautiful contrast between the tranquility of rural life in Guaiúba and the vibrancy of urban life in Fortaleza, being only 35 kilometers apart.

    Guaiúba is known for its rural and agricultural character, with much of its economy based on farming activities. The town is surrounded by beautiful countryside, and its residents enjoy a laid-back lifestyle, living in harmony with nature. Guaiúba is an indigenous name, Tupy, meaning ’by where the waters from the valley flow’.

    Fortaleza, on the other hand, is the capital and largest city of the state of Ceará. It is a major economic, cultural, and tourist hub in northeastern Brazil. Fortaleza is famous for its stunning beaches, vibrant nightlife, rich cultural heritage, and delicious cuisine.

    We introduce Zenda. This place is perfect as is, to turn into a fazenda / herdade / ranch / finca, for a glamorous glamping or to have another approach close to nature:

    - Total ground area: 160 ha.
    - 7 ha of water.

    Its beauty and natural relevance is confirmed by the space allocated to biodiversity:

    - Planned area for legal reserve: 16.5 ha.
    - Permanent preservation area: 39.2 ha.

    This does not affect the development capability, instead complements it:

    - Authorized build area: 42.032,6 sqm.
    - Implantation area: 26.7 ha.

    The project cost is not included but can be further developed with the co-owner and architect. At least two options for glamping are studied, one with luxury tents and the other is with small bungalows, as shown in the pics. Prices for the project vary from $280.000 to $350.000, solely as an indication as the cost will depend on the specifications that are defined - e.g., golf course (18 or 9 holes?), equestrian facilities, docks, etc.

    However, the project can be turned into a luxury residential area, or a hotel residential where the residences can also be managed by the hotel as per the owners discretion - its a good way to finance the hotel development and pay back the investment.

    For the development, highly experienced wood builders are available to further continue the project set-up.
