The condominium is just 1 minute drive from the entrance to the A5, the historic center of Cascais is 10m away, with access to all amenities, but as well is Cascais Shopping 5m far. Guincho beach is close by if you fancy a good walk. This is a nice place to walk the dogs around in its calm streets or fields around.
Built in 2009, this condominium is dominated by white and green. The entrance is done though a large gate, with the one to the garages in front of it. The walking paths and roads are all in Portuguese sidewalk, and a small stone paved road circles the houses and leads to the entrance doors - these become a happy ground for the many kids to run and ride their bicycles.

A stair leads to the gym downstairs, with natural light, also accessible via stairs amongst the garages. A play field permits to play volleyball, basketball, or for the kids to have a football match.
This townhouse was fully renovated and upgraded in 2022 and has 2 floors above ground and a -1 floor.
